The Account Settings allows the user to manage the basic company details, logo and modify core application settings. There are 4 core application settings the Account Type, Phone Search, Address Search and Check In/Out distance.

Account Type:

The user may choose between a Simple or the Advanced Account Type. An Advanced Account Type may generate invoices while the Simple Account Type which is intended for mom-and-pop shops do not.

Phone and Address Search:

The user may change the settings for performing a search of the Phone Number and Address in the database by setting the digits or characters count after which matching results are displayed.

Max Check In & Out distance:

The max check in and out setting sets the maximum distance at which the technician can check in or out of a job.

To save the changes made to the company details or settings the user must click the “Update” button.

To upload the company logo the user must choose the logo on the user system by clicking on the “Choose File” button. The file must be in one of the following formats: GIF, JPG or PNG with a maximum pixel size of 300 x 30 pixels and maximum file size of 512Kb. Once the file is chosen it will appear next to the “Choose File” button. Click on the “Upload” button to upload the logo.
